Gautam Bags ("we", "our", "us") makes bags for businesses in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the details and files that buyers send us through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.

• Contact details: your name or business name, your mobile number, and any city or notes you add.
• Order details: bag type, quantity, notes, and any photos, designs or logo files you attach.
• Business details: company name and GST number when you place a confirmed order.
• Visit details: the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link, so we know how buyers find us.
• Spam protection: a short one-way code made from your internet (IP) address, used only to limit repeated or automated submissions.
• Site statistics: this website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. We use these statistics only to improve the website.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To make samples and produce and deliver your order.
• To keep records required for invoicing and tax.

We process your details with your consent, as described in India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Your designs stay yours

• Designs, samples, artwork and logo files you share are used only for your enquiries and orders.
• We do not show your designs to other customers or use them for other orders.
• We do not sell, license or trade your designs or your contact details.

5. Storage and security

Enquiries sent through this website travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. They are stored with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. Files you attach are kept private and can be opened only by our team. Only the people handling your enquiry or order can see your details and files.

6. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the partners who help complete your order: our partner printers (your logo artwork) and courier or transport companies (delivery name, phone and address). Cloudflare stores the website's data for us. They may not use it for anything else.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry. Records of confirmed orders, such as invoices, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

8. Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will then stop using your details, except for records the law requires us to keep.
• If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
